Fasten your seatbelt, open your minds and get ready for French full-on duo DJ Bio (Jean-Marc Segondy) and DJ Spawn (Barthélémy Bayona) – operating under the title X.S.I! Meeting in 2002 after DJ’ing at the same club they soon started making psytrance together with their first track being released in 2003! After cultivating their sound and working towards more mature production techniques, their first album Warning Zone was released on Mind Control Records in 2006. Since then these guys have toured internationally as far afield as Japan, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, India, Portugal and many more. With a host of outstanding collaborations with the likes of Talamsca, Mad Maxx and Massive, the boys have released an album full of blistering floor-fillers entitled XSI & Friends (Phantasm Records). Keeping busy in 2010, their third album is currently in production containing remixes of some of the biggest names in the world of psy such as GMS, Krunch, Pixel, Domestic and more! Expect dancefloor mayhem as XSI take to the stage at Chapter XXIII Welcome to the Jungle! X.S.I on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads

BIONIX (Mind Control Records, France) Bionix is the new solo act of Jean Marc Segondy and Mind Control Records latest weapon! With a huge amount of production experience up his sleeves and many releases under various guises, Jean-Marc’s solo project is a platform to explore brand new musical horizons! The first Bionix album “Technoid” was released in February 2010 and rapidly made its mark on the scene. Creating a tougher sound which is perfectly suited to that full-on night-time experience, you can expect big soundscapes, pumping basslines, phat drops and an utterly hard-hitting dancefloor experience at illumiNaughty’s Chapter XXIII!

Beatnik (Liquid Records, UK) BeatNik, is a 22 year old Psytrance music producer and DJ, who, despite his young age, has already been producing electronic music for over a decade.Studying music classically from the age of four, his first CD release was “Streamline” back in December 2005 on Nano Records - following this have been more releases on other influential labels such as Ministry of Sound (Psy-trance euphoria 2), Liquid Records (Album: Divine Inventions) and more... with forthcoming album ‘Interloper’ in the pipeline on Liquid Records. Expect a combination of many elements...from funky cheeky electro edged grooves, to full-on darker sounds and structures, to filmic edged soundscape. All this alongside a renowned highly energetic live set!

Creative Grant WINNER Announced!! .. A Flamboyant Flock of body painted beauties will join us in The JuNgle .. Well, well, well!! It's been tough but after an exciting few weeks evaluating and pontificating over the entries to our Creative Grant competition we've reached our final decision. The competition was fierce and we had some truly outrageous ideas that all needed weighing up against practical and artistic concerns (i.e. space available, time allowances and how well the ideas fit into our jungle theme). We are more than pleased to announce our winner KAREN BELFIELD who will be throwing into the illumiNaughty mix a flamboyant flock of JuNgle-themed body painted beauties and also installing a "Transformation Station" at the event. Face-painting doesn't event scratch the surface of what this lady can do - so get ready to be painted up with animal prints and tribal patterns galore!! Don your glad rags, put on your war paint and stick a feather in your hat because... things are going to get pretty wild!!! So, thankyou very much to everybody for their proposals and the time and energy that went into them, it is massively appreciated and if we could we'd have had you all!! Keep your peepers peeled as there will always be more opportunities in the future to shine amongst the illumiNaughty constellations! All that's left to be said is big BIG love to you all and we can't wait to see you at Chapter 23 :: Welcome to the Jungle! AAAAAWWWWOOOOOOOGGGGAAAAAA!!! Love n Chaos The illumiNaughty Crew

What an ABSOLUTE STONKER of an evening Chapter 23 Welcome to the Jungle turned out to be! The Ritz ended up jam packed with the most outrageous party goers this side of the equator! Monkeys, mad heads and tribal folk galore filled the dance floor and stormed the balconies, at the night’s peak the old theatre seemed fit to burst with painted ravers, revellers and party peeps running a mock inside its walls! Residents EE’SH, Insomniscene, Mazieg and also guest talents Libra 9 and Andi Leppard smashed it with their hardcore high energy sets and Bionix, XSI and Beatnik delivered nothing sort of DANCEFLOOR DELERIUM! The Jungle installations, complete with twisted vines, goblin totems and giant inflatable foliage went beyond belief!! Amongst the tropical mayhem an Amazonian Tribe stomped to the Freestylers, 3 street-wise monkeys MC’ed to Damien Marley and break-danced to Manu Chao!! With a crowd daubed in tribal prints and animal patterns a couple of folks were inspired to go completely au natural - proudly donning nothing but some paint and a smile for the rest of evening!!! Check our facebook/website for up coming pictoral evidence! All in all we think the night couldn’t have been better and we thank EACH and EVERYONE of YOU who made it down and added to the love, light and energy!!! You did us proud yet again!! Without a moments rest we’re already plotting the next instalment, with our 5th Birthday looming keep your peepers peeled to find out more!! Until then..... Love ‘N Chaos!! The illumiNaughty Crew
