Hi Techies & friends I can recall me saying i will definately go back to Shamania not so long ago. I'm so looking forward to it, Mark and Cheryl, I've been going with you guys for three years now I think possibly more. I've been taking down decor and that big old FATMOON parachute a couple of times, but since then you guys rocked it up to higher grounds and I feel that I sometimes gets away with not doing enough. Please, if you need any help, you know where to find me!

oh yes that just has to be done. i'll write it a health and safety cert..! We will obviously be doing an extensive noise nuisance db survey at sensitive sites around the festi first.... ? ;D i think i will do some special warning signs for it too, involving red crossed circles and bleeding ears, ie beware psy hippies offense probable, obviously im kidding right xx cheryl i thought the wheelgabbabarra was genius, tho more than one cd would have been an improvement, you know same thing all the time rots after a while no matter how much you like gabba! oh i think im gonna get fried xx

Hey guys, sorry i've been a bit of a stranger on here as of late, but i'm here now. i'm well looking forward to this one! i've quit my job at the crappy hotel, so every evening is mine now hehehe i'm working on getting a twin puter system for the visuals (like having 5 decks) a bit of practise needed first i think tho. If you could send me some graphics i'll see what i can come up with 2 keep in theme. See u all soon. Tomos x

Info from the Shamania bods i thought would br useful here too xx cheryl
the festival will be held near pendle hill 5 mins drive from nelson town centre, lancashire ,
by car take the m1/m6 to the m65 take junction 8 or 13 from either you are 10 mins away from the festival site
by car exactly 5o mins from liverpool centre 35 mins from manchester centre 50 mins from leeds centre 5hrs from brighten maybe 6 4hrs from london if you take the m1 steer clear of the m6 (nightmare) if your coming from the south
travel info and site pictures will be on the website from 19 june
anyone traveling by bus/train need to get to nelson station where a shuttle bus will take you the short distance to the festival site around £2.50 return
there is a direct bus from manchester to nelson which runs every hour on the hour called the x43 if it easier than switching trains at preston to get to nelson

good god a week has passed in a daydream! cant believe its saturday already, been slowly drifting back into conciousness, recon ive got me feet back on terra firma now after a fantastically psychedelic and utterly exhausting few days.
well where do i start? Shamania this year was a huge improvement on last year yet it maintained its beautifully gentle and uber smilie vibe. no mass comercialism or egoism a really refreshing and intimate party of friends. stunning 360 degrees of far reaching landscapes with firey sunrises and sets to feast our eyes on.
It was easy to see that the organisers warwick and ade had taken on the comments made last year and worked hard to address them. the main stage was exactly that... top quality acts and stunning visuals, wholely decked out in white which come the nightime turned into some major projection screens, there were about 10 projectors firing mashed up eye candy all around the tent looked wicked! mega immersive..
our space was uv'd to the max, a mashed up psychedelic mayan temple, and a great contrast to the main. i loved the colours and the vibe in the tent it was electric all weekend. i think the fatmoon tent exuded energy and excitement and im pretty proud to have been part of it. the IND st sound was mega, crisp and FAT those martins certainly shift some air! i am still deaf from rich's sunday afternoon d'n'b sesh... cant thank everyone enough who helped fatmoon seriously rock.
Karma was a wonderfully diverse and playful, something random and off the wall whenever i managed to wander in. Tiffany techno  omg!
now i didnt manage to spend any time in the chill but i WANT their tent!! it was a beautiful pointy weddingcake of a thing. and from others comments a truely wonderful space to experience.
i think the things i take most from the fessi will be the intimate nature of it, a mega party of everone (nearly) that i ever partied with. the location and mother natures spectacle- the skies were on fire the moodiness of the stormclouds, the rainbows...stunning.
a great way to wobble away a week...
i soo hope we get to do this again.
massive thanks to Ade and Warwick for their dedication to achieving this beautiful experience. you guys did something very special.
Fatmoon wholeheartedly support what you are doing xx
