;D ;D ;D Welcome to the Skyhighatrist forum Thanks for the space ash, not sure what to write now it looks a bit bare in here atm but i hope that will change in time. So how did I get into this? Having been into psytrance since the early 90s and DJing regularly as half of Technomedics. I decided to try producing psytrance and embarked along the steep but addictive learning curve. At the time, software was limited and hardware was the way to go. Enamoured with the sound of the 303, I bought a Quasimidi 309 groovebox and started to make rhythms. Other bits of hardware followed until I'd built a small studio, running midi'ed through Cubase. Software has now improved big time and I now use a mixture of vsts and hardware - the best of both worlds - to create a new sound "twisted psilocybic mindfunk" with funky rhythms, twisted leads and a dash of madness - brain expanding oddness you can dance to. Releases Please see the releases section There are also 4 tracks on my myspace site www.myspace.com/twistedmindfunkI've played at D3E (Liverpool), Fatmoon (Sheffield), Messmedia (Shropshire), Strangedaze (Manchester), Dreaded Faeries (Carlisle), Astral Helix (Newcastle), Kulu (Bradford) and Psilocybe Tribe (Wales). If you'd like any further info, please pm me here or email me on technomedics@btinternet.com. I'm always keen to play gigs or collaborate with other producers, to do remixes or versus tracks or whatever, so please get in touch. take it easy mark ;D
