hi we had a pilot party over at burnley on sat at the church. we my have fou nd a new home . the church is owned by mo who is a festival veteran who wishes to turn the space into a arts, community space for free thinking peop;le to do their thing. we had a small amount of regulars come and party, who all spoke with him. mo was very pleased with our philosiphy and has said we are able to do some further events in the future. We will not be running it as a commercial party but more of a psy community thing. people who can do things (art, music, drama performance) are welcome to add to the space. He is looking for people who wish to set up such things and put in for a funding grant! The parties have to be kept as a word of mouth thing so we get the right people to come, so no more flyers. This willl mean we can create such a good thing but it has to be handled carefully. Hope you can contribute and be part of the sunrise human be-ing experiment (40 years on from the human be ins). Let the right people know that we are still pushing ahead but off on a tangent.... ed

Hi Ed thanks to you and Mo for Saturday night. I had a brilliant time. Wonderful people and a superb venue with a lot of potential. Didn't take many photos as you know but that was due to me being heavily engrossed in conversation with all the lovely folk there. It made a wonderful change to be able to meet and talk to many of the faces that I have seen so often but in a noisier club enviroment found actually talking nigh on impossible. The church is an incredible setting stuffed full of artwork and loads of space. I look forward to the next one. Will hopefully get the photos that I did take up on here soon. Thanks to all concerned for what was, for me, one of the nicest nights I have had for a while. And to think I actually contemplated going to the Manchester rave. Phew! So glad I didn't. ;D

will keep everyone posted on the next be-ing. As for the manchester free party, its a good reminder why we need to handle this with the respect it deserves . its not about numbers of people or highlighting to everyone what we are doing, when details come to you pass it on to right people & ask them to only do the same.A slow steady growth of a community is better than building a instant city...
