2009 has already kicked off for us, with several parties under our belt in the first month of the year! I'll do my best to keep anyone interested up to date with future activities. I'm certainly getting back to the form of old, and with the return of Stef (El Campino) to the Cidfloss team, and input from our local collaboraotrs, we'll be keeping busy in the run-up to the summer. James and I had to put the studio stuff on the back-burner throughout 2008, due in no small part to our mental health issues! Now that we're both on the path to recovery, there should be some new, original material popping up at a few nights in North Wales very soon. -G!

Well, here's the latest from the CC.... Dwarfy and I have been taking a back-seat for the last few months, due to our visiting family in Northern ireland. Unfortunately, our visits were due to the serious illness of K's dad, David. He was taken into hospital in the final weeks of March, and passed away on 3rd April. He was a wonderful father, and friend, and is sadly missed. David was well known to all the CidFlossers, and was a regular visitor to Llanberis over the last 15 years. We have so many fond memories of him, and they will nourish us forever. James (Ghostley Hedges), and Derry Dave have been holding the fort for us, and have been busy keeping our vibe going at several local gigs and parties...... Stars! So, with this report over, I'll resume my day, and hope to be back on the scene very soon........!
PLUR.

As some of you may have noticed, we have modified our name to suit the recent developments that we've undertaken, with regard to our emerging medium to long-term plan. Coming to the understanding that we are about much more than just the music we love, we will be widening our attention to include other philosophical/spiritual matters. We're also fortunate to be working with some great local producers. musicians, DJs and VJs, and these relationships are crucial parts of our forthcoming events. Our hope is that the resultant vibe will benefit all! I'll try to keep you all informed...! L&P, -G!

Hey Folks! Hope your Psummer is shaping up as nicely as ours! James (Ghostley Hedges) has arrived at the Boom Festival site, to do his bit as a member of the major construction crew. His latset report tells us that the new site is beautiful, and the plans for the festival are truly stunning! Derry, Mir, Kirsty and I are heading out to join him on 16th August. Meanwhile back in North Wales.... There's been lots of summer noise here already! The Poi club @y Fricsan is now running every Tuesday, and we're continuing our wee film series through the summer with ever wyrder/more important movies, driving our (r)evolution forward against some serious odds! The current Raw Food revolution is gathering pace too! We now have a Green Smoothie club running daily supplies to all interested parties in the village, and with the help of Raw Dai, we should be providing Raw Organic Chocolate, Green Smoothies, and some truly remarkable, super-potent Energy Balls, at various local parties in the months to come! There's definitely a sudden interest in taking control of our own health here, and this appears to be happening in communities all over the UK. We seem to have an ever-growing band of Raw-foody-friends, and an epidemic of HEALTH looks likely to erupt at any moment! So... I raise a glass of green sludge, and wish you all a wonderful Psummer! PLUR.

Hey Folks! Been without a home internet connection for a while, so apologies for my absence. Here in Llanberis, things have been taking huge evolutionary leaps, and the CidFlossers are adapting to some amazing new conditions, harnessing the power of SuperFoods, and plotting our part in the Lovolution! Hope your 2011 has started with a positive note too, and we'll see a lot of you @ the Spring Painted Chariot, if not before! More news soon.... PLUR.

Our local raw-food group is planning to launch a 30-day green-smoothie challenge. This concept has really taken off here in Llanberis, particularly amongst the Psytrance fans! Each participant in the event will pledge to consume 1 litre of green smoothie per day for the full 30 days. It's a very easy way to begin to take control of you own health. There's lots of informationon the concept elsewhere online, and we'll be using a modified template from the wonderful Victoria Boutenko. Check her out! Or, if folks fancy getting in on our wee programme, please Email me for more details! PLUR.

CidFloss Collective members are currently putting the last details to bed of our 30-Day Challenge. We're showing the wonderful "Food Matters" @ the Pete's Eats cafe-cinema in Llanberis, this evening (commencing at 8.30pm), as part of our introduction to the smoothie programme. Admission is free, and all are welcome! Work is also underway on our contributions to the upcoming Painted Chariot event in April. We'll be spinning a few tunes in each of the three rooms throughout the night in question, and look forward to seeing some of you there! PLUR. -G!

Finished our GS challenge today! It has been a huge success. Lots of folks high on food, and now taking control of their own health. We're now gathering all the data, and refining the programme, before embarking on the second challenge in May. Looks like the beginnings of a local Living-Food Co-Op too! Great Food, Great Music, and accelerated Evolution! More details soon! -G!

Why we're still here? of why we have a corrupt government, corrupt police and corrupt press? we're still here because we always have been? We have a corrupt government, corrupt police and corrupt press because they always have been. It's still raining because it's WALES and that's what makes it beautiful and green, not desert and dust. Good to hear your still out there making things happen, keep it up that's why we're still smiling, because people give us things to smile about!!!!
